IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Categories are based on the child’s birth year (e.g., born in 2020 = 2020 category).
• Each Year category will recognize the Top 10 Winners, when there are more than 8 participants if not Top 5 Winners. If categories are separated into Male and Female divisions, each division will recognize the Top 5 winners, subject to the number of participants.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all rules are followed.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Helmets and appropriate safety gear (knee/elbow pads) are strictly mandatory. No gear, no race.
• Only approved push bikes (no pedals) are permitted on the track.
• Parents are not allowed inside the track perimeter during the race unless authorized for specific young categories.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior by parents or riders will result in immediate disqualification.
• Race plates must be clearly visible at all times.

BIKE & SAFETY RULES

• RECOMMENDED: Only 12-inch push bikes with NO brakes (any brand) are allowed.
• Complete safety gear is required at all times: full-face helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves.
• No practice or racing without complete gear.
• Racers must wear proper shoes (no slippers or sandals).

EVENT GUIDELINES

• All push bike brands are allowed.
• Parents are not allowed inside the racetrack.
• Push bikers are not allowed outside the racetrack.
• Organizers may disqualify non-compliant racers.

REGISTRATION & WAIVER

• Accurate registration details are required; proof of age may be requested if protested.
• No refunds, especially for last-minute cancellations.
• On-site registration is available with an additional ₱50 fee, in consideration of participants who registered in advance.
• By registering, parents agree to all rules and waive liability for organizers and partners.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or adjust the event schedule if necessary.

Starting Guide

Note: In the event of any unforeseen error, technical issue, or unexpected circumstance occurring at the start of a heat, the affected heat will be immediately stopped and discontinued. No score, ranking, or result from that heat will be recognized or honored, as the heat will be declared void and reset for a restart.

These rules apply only to riders in Categories 4 Years Old and Above.

Issuing Start

These rules apply only to riders in Categories 4 Years Old and Above. To prevent riders from cutting across starting lanes, a 2-meter safety zone is marked from the starting gate. Lane changes are only permitted after passing the safety zone lanes. The track will be marked with yellow or yellow-blacked adhesive tape to indicate the safety zone lanes.

At the starting gate, riders may only glide within the safety zones. Crossing the safety zone lane and causing a collision or a fall to other riders will be considered a foul, resulting in the cancellation of the rider’s race result for that round. The rankings of other riders will be adjusted accordingly.
